I Don't get "up" and "down" displayed 3 Months, 1 Week ago

I am using JR sortable tables. My table sorts when I click the column headings and I get the tiny white rectangle in the headers.

When I click on a column heading the table sorts by that column, but never displays the tiny "up" or "down" icons that the "demo" site shows. There are no error messages. Why is this please?

hmm as far as I can tell the css is not correct... it should be class="sort_header sort_header_descending".. and you have class="sort_header ascending"... have you made any changes? Perhaps it could javascript conflicts.. try to disable other js scripts that runs on that page and see if that works... also try to reinstall the plugin!

You were right: it did need "{sortable}Roster_Table\|sort_header_ascending\|sort_header_descending{/sortable} " The Joomla Refinery website describes it needing "{sortable}Roster_Table\|ascending\|descending{/sortable} " Changing the line under the table to say to say "sort_header_ascending" and "sort_header"descencing" has resolved the problem. Thank you.
