The banners appear stopped what happened? what bug? is correct?

uninstall and install on another site for testing and the same thing happens after a time disappear if the banners are comfigurados reason being that to appear every day and every hour limit

Thanks, I downloaded the package again and worked, who was down with the same problem again the corrected version now
